ARUNA Return Policy

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't,  it is possible to apply for a return within 30 days of purchase but under the following terms:

  • Manufacturing defects such as:broken clasp, loose threads

Under these conditions we will assume the total expenses of the replacement and exchange.

  • If you receive the packing of the product in bad conditions like broken or damaged, please take a picture of it and contact us for the next steps. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy.
  • If you are not satisfied with the color and the size of the product, we will be glad to exchange it but the expenses of the return will be assumed for the customer. For any question, you can call us at 201.449.1153
  • You must fill the return form and send it with the product. Please click here:



  • Attach your return form to the product.
  • Use your own shipping label or preferred carrier and send it to the following address:





Note: Normal returns will be processed within 10-14 business days. For unique items, the return will be processed within 30 days.



In our continued effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.



Items that were previously exchanged can be returned, but not exchanged a second time

Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.



When the returns is caused by a manufacturing defect, the refunds will be credited to your original form of payment by Paypal.

When the return is an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and we'll email you an ARUNA Credit Note.
